Do Christmas light requests include supplying lights and taking them down?
Tell us whether you have lights and what you want installed. We’ll confirm suitable products, supply costs and the takedown plan in your quote.
Are screens and tracks included?
Ask for the complete clean or list them separately. We’ll confirm the exact checklist in your quote.
Can you clean every upper-storey window?
We review height, ground conditions and access before accepting the work. Describe skylights and difficult windows in your request.
Can I arrange regular cleaning?
Request a recurring schedule and tell us your preferred frequency. Each service is confirmed with you.
Do I need to book window cleaning to request pressure washing?
No. You can request exterior services on their own or combine them with window cleaning in the same form.
Does house washing mean indoor house cleaning?
No. House washing in this division means cleaning exterior walls and siding. It does not include indoor housekeeping.
Can roof cleaning and gutter cleaning be done together?
Request both and describe the roof material and access. The specialist will review whether the work can be combined and confirm the scope.
What if the weather affects the appointment?
