How the Community Pool Works
The Partner Community Pool recognises and rewards the people who build the Cody Mobile community over time. Its purpose is to honour the time, effort and loyalty that strengthen the whole network. Rewards are rooted in sustained participation and collective brand building, rather than recruiting.
How it works
Every partner contributes $100 a month, and the entire amount goes into the pool. None goes to the company. Each month, the pool is shared among eligible partners based on how long they’ve been active and how consistently they show up. More time spent building alongside the community carries greater weight in determining a partner’s share.
What it rewards
- TenureThe years you’ve stayed active and invested in the community.
- ParticipationShowing up for one another. Attendance at at least 80% of community meetings is required to remain eligible.
- ContributionThe mentoring, practical guidance and collective brand building that make the network stronger for everyone.
- Founding partnersThe earliest cohort carries additional weight permanently, for as long as those partners stay active, recognising their role in helping build Cody Mobile from the start.
The honest part
New partners contribute from day one but don’t draw from the pool right away. The aim is to reward sustained commitment over time. As more partners join, the pool can grow, but actual payouts vary and are not guaranteed.

Actual payouts may be higher, lower or zero. Many variables can change the result, including how many partners join or leave, contributions received, meeting attendance and eligibility, the mix of partner tenures, and the applicable distribution rules. The example does not promise partner growth, a payout amount or an increase over time.
